DESCRIPTION

This historic renovation of the Strand Theater required a concerted team effort to bring the building back to its former glory.  Much care was taken to ensure that the vintage 1923 theater can be enjoyed as it once was.  From the sign and marquee to the concessions stand, theater and stage, the Strand was truly brought back to life.  We worked with a project team to renovate and improve almost every aspect of the building.  Much coordination and attention to detail allowed for a successful project delivery.  The theater hosts several hundred people at a time for movies and live shows alike.
