DESCRIPTION

The bank purchased a two story, 22,000 square foot former retail building to renovate into offices for three investment and financial companies.  The design of this project includes a master site plan for future development of the site, as well as resolves the long-standing drainage and traffic issue.  The main floor of the building is separated into three distinct but related companies served by common facilities on the main and lower levels.  Part of the solution was to integrate new HVAC, new lighting, systems, wall finishings and furnishings into a professional looking but comfortable working environment.
