Mission

 

The mission of Richard Higgins Architects, Inc. is to translate the client’s needs to a built form; on budget, on time & to have a professional and enjoyable relationship with the owner, design team, project team, and contractor.

Manages the budgets of our clients, protecting the project of unreasonable costs.

 

Collectively, our staff has over eighty years of traditional architectural design and construction experience. This background allows us practical insight into the entire building process.

 

Experience

Our experience is comprehensive – providing analysis for sustainability of renovations of existing buildings or new construction & providing clients with reports, budgets, preliminary and final design services, as well as construction administration.  In the past, we have had experience serving on a school board, and on a variety of building committees.  This experience gives our firm a better understanding of the unique circumstances a client may be presented with.
